Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and we can gladly apply your deposit to another date if you need to cancel your hunt. Deposits are non refundable, but your hunt can be rescheduled with your existing deposit, which would be applied to the new date. We do ask that you notify us at least 72 hours before the date of your booking.
If one of the members of your group needs to cancel, their spot can be filled by another person, or the individual who is cancelling can reschedule for another date. Due to the nature of tags, their deposit cannot be applied towards someone else’s hunt that has already booked. Please feel free to call us anytime, we are happy to help. Deposits do not expire.
